What's involved in being a Nhill Aviation Heritage Centre volunteer?
The Nhill Aviation Heritage Centre has a place for almost everyone who wants to be involved with a vibrant organisation making a difference within the Nhill community, and the Wimmera-Mallee region.
Volunteer Hosts
For people who like meeting visitors from all over Australia and the World a position staffing the Ahrens Hangar would be ideal. A monthly roster has been developed to suit the time each volunteer is available, and new volunteers are always paired with an experienced volunteer.
Other Volunteers
Other volunteering positions include maintenance and cleaning of buildings, beautification of the grounds, researching newspapers, sale of second-hand books and other short term projects that are developed as finance becomes available. Your help will be much appreciated.
